There are certain elements that vary based on your site and infrastructure. Any associated fees will be determined after analyzing your property. Other services are optional and you can decide whether to add them or not.

Min 100 amp sub-panel, which can trigger a 225 main panel upgrade

WATER LINE UPGRADE

Can be required if sprinklers are needed

SEWER EJECTOR PUMP

Can be triggered if the slope and distance prevent gravity flow

a) SEWER LATERAL UPGRADE

If required to replace the line from your main home to the sewer main or

b) SEPTIC SYSTEM

If required to expand or add a new septic system for the ADU

GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY

Required by some municipalities or in flood zones, or for certain soil types

ARBORIST REPORT

Required for heritage or protected trees if located near the ADU
