Grant design evolved from Sierra, constraining its’ depth, so it is narrower, but a bit longer. The depth is generous, creating more oversized bedrooms and a generous kitchen. For economy of construction, the bedrooms and bathrooms are stacked. The landing at the top of the stairs also accommodates a work area.
