The Millie S is our most petite modular design, it features an efficient wall of built-ins which encases a washer/dryer then moves to a kitchenette, closet and counter. The counter serves as a dining area/work space. The living room can host either a pull-out sleeper sofa or a Murphy bed with bookcases and TV.
