Elder was designed for aging parents, with the possibility of becoming a rental. The unit features a small living space, a sectional kitchen with a concealed appliance area and a cooking area, and a bedroom and bathroom tucked in behind the living room. The large bi-fold door was added to connect the living room to the deck.
